Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains what we keep about you, what for, and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood: if something is unclear, write to us and we will change it.
Your data is processed by AutoFullRD, in the Dominican Republic, under Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data. The records a dealer keeps about its own customers (sales, reservations, contracts) are the dealer's: the dealer is responsible for them and we only store them on its behalf (art. 6).
What we keep, and what for
| Your email, your name, your WhatsApp number and your province. | So you can sign in, and so a buyer can contact you. |
|---|---|
| The vehicles you list, their photos and their chassis number (VIN). | That is what gets published. The VIN is NOT published: only you see it, and it lets us warn you if your car is listed twice. |
| Conversations between buyers and sellers inside the platform. | So you can follow a conversation, and so we can review a report if someone files one. |
| If you are a dealer and get verified: your legal name, your tax ID (RNC) and the documents you upload. | To check that the business exists. Documents are stored ENCRYPTED and deleted automatically once they are no longer needed. |
| If you are a dealer: what each vehicle cost you and what you sold it for. | To calculate your profit and issue the warranty certificate the law requires. Only you and the people you authorise can see it. |
| Payments for featured («Top») listings: amount, date and the payment reference you give us. | To activate the feature, and because the law requires us to keep records of what we charge. |
| The reviews and reports you write, the test drives, reservations and vehicles you request, the warranty claims you file, and whose WhatsApp you asked for. | So the seller receives your request, and because only someone who really contacted a dealer can review it. |
| When you sign something here —the authorization for us to import your inventory, your verification statement, or a sales contract from your phone—: the date, the IP address and the browser you signed from and, on the contract, your drawn signature. | It is the proof that you signed it and when. The contract belongs to the dealer selling to you: they are responsible for that record. |
| How many views and contacts each listing gets, and from which province. | To tell you whether your listing is working. We do not use third-party trackers and we do not sell this to anyone. |
| If you sign in with Google or Facebook: your email and the identifier that service gives us. | To recognise you next time. We do not ask for your contacts and we never post anything on your behalf. |
Who we share it with
Only with whoever is needed for the platform to work, and only what is needed:
- The seller or buyer you talk to: your name and your WhatsApp, when you press the contact button.
- Whoever sends our emails (our mail server), so we can write to you.
- Google or Facebook, if you choose to sign in with them: only to confirm the email is yours.
- The authorities, if they require it in writing and by law.
How long
As long as you have an account. Verification documents are deleted automatically once they are no longer needed. When you delete your account, everything of yours is deleted at once, except what a law or someone else's rights require us to keep — each item with its time limit (the longest: 10 years for payments, 7 years for blocked data linked to an open fraud report). It is all listed in delete my data.
Your rights (habeas data)
Law 172-13 gives you these rights, free of charge. They are independent: you do not need to use one to use another (art. 9).
- Access (art. 10): in My account, «Download my data» gives you a file with everything we keep about you, instantly. If you ask in writing, we answer within 5 business days (arts. 10 and 12). The direct link, once signed in: /api/me/datos.
- Rectification (arts. 8 and 14): almost everything can be changed in My account. If you ask in writing, within 10 business days (art. 8).
- Cancellation (arts. 8, 14 and 15): there is a button to do it yourself, without asking anyone. In writing, within 10 business days. What is kept and why: delete my data.
- Objection (art. 9): unfollowing a dealer stops its email digest. The unread-message notice (one per hour at most) is part of the messaging service; if you do not want it, write to us. We send no advertising.
If we do not answer within those time limits, the law lets you go to a judge with a habeas data action (art. 8 and arts. 17 onwards).
Minors
AutoFullRD is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.
