These are AutoFullRD's rules. By using the platform you accept them. They are written to be understood; if something is unclear, write to us and we will change it.

The most important thing first. AutoFullRD is a place where people list vehicles and other people find them. We do not sell cars. The deal is between the buyer and the seller: the price, the payment, the delivery and the transfer of ownership are agreed between the two of them, and the two of them answer for whatever happens. We provide the place where they meet.

1. Who can use it

People aged 18 and over.
With real details: your name, your email and your phone. An account with false details is closed without notice.
One account per person or per business. If you are a dealer, you list with the business account.

2. What you can list

Vehicles that exist, that are yours or that you have the right to sell, with photos of the real vehicle and a real price.

You may not list:

Stolen vehicles, vehicles with irregular papers or with an altered chassis number.
Photos that are not of the vehicle, photos from other listings, or photos with sexual or violent content or that have nothing to do with the car.
Bait prices: showing a low one so people call and then saying it was another.
Contact details inside the description or the photos. That is what the WhatsApp button is for, and it is also what lets us protect you from scams.
Anything Dominican law forbids.

3. We review what is listed

We look at listings and their photos, partly with automated programs. We may hide a listing while a person reviews it, ask you to correct it or remove it.

Automated programs sometimes get it wrong. When we hide a listing we write to you saying why, and if you change what caused it, it comes back on its own. If you think we got it wrong, write to us: a person will look at it.

4. If you are a dealer

Law 63-17 requires you to give a warranty on the engine and the transmission: 3 months or 8,000 kilometres on used vehicles, whichever comes first. The platform generates the certificate, but the warranty is given by you, not by us.
Law 358-05 (Consumer Protection) requires you to give it in writing.
The accounts you create for your team are your responsibility: what they list is listed in your name.
For verification we ask for business documents. We keep them encrypted and delete them once they are no longer needed (see privacy).
The records you keep about your customers on the platform (sales, reservations, contracts) are your responsibility under Law 172-13; we only store them for you.

5. The automated assistants

AutoFullRD offers assistants that answer buyers' questions on behalf of the dealer, using the details of its listing. It should be clear that:

They are programs, not people, and they introduce themselves with their name and their role.
What they answer binds the dealer, just as if the dealer had written it. The dealer can switch them off at any time.
They can make mistakes. What counts is what the listing says and what the seller confirms in writing.

6. What it costs

Listing is free. The only thing that is paid for is featured listings («Top»), and their price and duration are shown before you pay.

A feature that has already started is not refunded, unless the fault is ours. If we remove a featured listing for breaking these terms, it is not refunded either.

7. Your photos and your texts remain yours

By listing you give us permission to show them on the platform and in search engines while the listing is published. Nothing else: we do not sell them, we do not hand them over and we do not use them for anything else. When you delete the listing, we stop showing them.

8. What we do not promise

That the website works without interruptions. It is an internet service.
That a listing is true. We review, but we cannot check every car. See it in person before paying.
That a seller keeps their word. If the deal goes wrong, it is between you, although you can tell us so that we can act on the account.

We do not answer for what happens outside the platform: payments, deliveries, transfers or private agreements.

9. Closing an account

You can delete yours whenever you want, from here. What is deleted, what is kept and for how long is explained on that page.

If you are a dealer, your business records on the platform (sales, costs, contracts, customers) are deleted with the account. Download them first from My account: the law requires you to keep your sales records for 10 years (Tax Code, art. 50(h)). While a buyer's deposit or an open warranty claim is pending, the account cannot be deleted: close them first.

We may close an account that lists stolen vehicles, uses false details, deceives buyers or harasses other people. When we can, we warn first.

10. If we change this

We will let you know on the platform, and by email if the change is important. Continuing to use it afterwards means accepting it; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

11. Which law applies

That of the Dominican Republic, including Law 358-05 (Consumer Protection), Law 172-13 (personal data) and Law 63-17 (traffic and vehicles). The Dominican courts are competent. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.

An honest note. We wrote this text ourselves so that it can be understood, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer in the Dominican Republic. If you are going to rely on it for a specific case, show it to your own lawyer first.
